m-PAY is a payment service offered by Advance Info Service Co., Ltd. (AIS) whose
system is designed to facilitate its customers (Users of GSM Advance and 1-2-call
mobile phone system), sources of fund (Banks / Credit Card Center), and Merchants.

There are 2 security elements for this payment channel; user log-in & password and
the ownership of registered phone number (which became the 5th necessity for life,
immediately known when missing). Therefore, user can be confident of his/her own
payment instruction which will be routed directly to selected source of fund for
verification via AIS Pay's system. In order to use this payment option, a contract
must me signed at AIS, participating banks or sources of fund depending on m-PAY
sub-payment type.

Note:
1. If you applied for more than one m-PAY sub-payment types, you can select your
desired channel when you do online purchase at tohome.com.
2. m-PAY cannot be used to purchase "mobile prepaid card". If product in this category
is added to your cart, m-PAY option will not be selectable in payment page. |

For purchasing at www.tohome.com, the payment procedures are described as follow

1. After you confirm your shopping, it will redirect to AIS-PAY
webpage with a screen to identify your mobile phone number and password |
|
|
 |

2. Once you log-in to AIS-PAY, you will receive TAN (Transaction Approval Number)
on your mobile phone via SMS |
|
3. Select Payment Instrument on wallet and key in TAN (that sent to your mobile
in step 2) |

|
4. Then, you will receive another SMS inform the success of your payment |
