How to let us know your transfer?

Please fax us the copy of pay-in slip indicating your name, order number and phone
number to 0-2391-5445 (attention Finance Dept.)

- If using transfer channels where order number can be entered into the system during
transfer process (i.e. bill payment channel) : Please click "
Your Account " on the website, log in and select the order you would
like to notify. Then, complete your payment details and click 'submit' to send us
the information. |

|
|
|
- Direct Debit : There is no need to send us any information since the bank will
send the payment information to our system |
|
Remarks :
- As we have to verify your payment before processing your order, sending us the
transfer document will assist us in verification and accelerate the shipping process.
- The timeframe for the bank to supply us your payment information is different,
depending on the bank and the transferring method. Usually, it takes 1 business
day after your transfer. |

3. Credit Card |
|
Currently, we accept VISA and MasterCard. Your order will
be processed once we receive the approval from your credit card issuer. Once approved,
your credit line will be reserved as per your order amount (For online credit card
payment, your credit line will be reserved in the bank system for 7 days no matter
your order is cancelled). This line will not be credited until we are ready to ship
you the products. However, in some cases, your card will be credited immediately
e.g. advance orders or confirmation on by-order items.

When further verification process is needed, we may require additional information
regarding your credit card. Please note that we have the right to cancel your order
without providing the reason for such cancellation. However, your card will not
be credited in such case.

|
In order to protect you from any possible fraud, we may limit shipping methods available
for credit card payment and/or may require you to be the receiver of your order.
Hence, prior delivery appointment will be made by our customer service staff. |

from any issuing banks. After you choose this payment option, the system will be
linked to our representative bank's web page where your credit card information
must be filled and processed*. Once the transaction is approved, the system will
switch back to tohome.com's final page with reference "order number".
If this page is not shown, it implies that the bank payment gateway is temporary
out of order. Please contact customer service at "
tohome.com Customer Service" to change the payment method or re-order
later.
* Remark: Credit card information will be encrypted and transferred under secured
environment. The representative bank will be the only party to keep your credit
card data under its secured server

For orders from overseas or payment by credit card issue by overseas banks, we reserve
the right to process only orders that made payment through
Verified by Visa (VBV) or MasterCard SecureCode
(MCSC). Otherwise, the order will be cancelled automatically. |
