Before placing order with tohome.com, you must register as a member. To apply for

1. Selecting items |
Click on product's price or
button next to the desired product. The selected product will be added into |

your shopping cart, where you can edit purchase quantity, remove unwanted items,
and/or continue your shopping by using other buttons within your cart page.

2. Your Cart

You can also edit your cart's details by using various buttons as follow:

2.1 This page will show the list of your selected products, quantity,
and price. If you have E-voucher or E-coupon

(special discount occasionally provided to customers), please fill in the code and

to apply the discount. |

2.2 To add more items in shopping cart, click

3. Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Other Services

3.1 Our system will show your registered address as your shipping address. However,
if you would like to have your order shipped to a different address, please mark
on " Please fill your new shipping address "
and fill up details in a form. The system will automatically remember the latest
shipping information as your next order's shipping address. Then, please

Currently, we provide gift service to our customers: please mark on "If the
item(s) is a gift / with a card ". Normally, this page will be by-passed by
the system unless the gift related check box is marked. Using this service, you
can select wrapping paper and card as well as specify the message to be printed

4. Payment Information |

5. Your Order Summary |

to submit your order once your review your purchasing details on this page. If you

6. Order reference number and purchasing details
|
|
After you confirm your order, an order number (13 digit-figure begins with "od")
will be generated and display for your reference and tracking. An e-mail, containing
order number and purchasing details, will also be sent to your registered mail box
after the order process is ended. If you cannot see the order number or do not receive
our e-mail, you may presume that your order is incomplete.

*Remark : When online credit card is selected as your payment option, the order
number will not be displayed unless your credit card is approved by your credit
card issuer. If the order number is not shown, it implies that the bank payment
gateway is temporary out of order. Please contact customer service at "services@tohome.com" to change the payment
method or re-order later.
