1. Service Regulations & Conditions
 
 

Our Service Regulations and Conditions are listed below:

 

- Copyright: Trademark, contents and materials within www.tohome.com are the property of Asian Star Trading Co., Ltd. They cannot be used or modified in anyway for commercial use without the consent of the company. Any violation or illegal usage will be proceeded according to the law. :

 

- Retention of personal information: User who registers at www.tohome.com will have his or her own password which must be retained confidential. As a consequence, user will accept any action proceeded by his or her account.

 

- Limitation of accessible information: Any attempt to access, edit, or destroy information other than user's own data is treated as illegal action and shall be punished according to the law.

 

- Language usage for communications: When users communicate with us or others with the reference of our site, either by posting reviews, forwarding messages from our site to others or by e-mailing for any purpose, the message or content should be written with good faith. Users agree not to use impolite language when communicating with staff either via e-mail or telephone. We will review all language & content and reserve the rights not to post messages if seen inappropriate

 

- Database: All data will be reviewed before uploading to the website. However, there could be some mistakes caused by human error, especially figures. If these errors are connected to financial transaction, tohome.com reserves its right to cancel or reject the order.

2. Product Warranty
 

       Most products in www.tohome.com have warranty issued by manufacturers whose terms and conditions of warranty can be different among manufacturers and products.

 

       In case where you detect any defects, you can have direct contact to the manufacture's service center or bring the item to tohome.com's office for further claiming or fixing with manufacturer on your behalf.

 

       Having tohome.com handle the claiming / fixing on your behalf

 

       Customer must bring the defected item, accessories, package, receipt and warranty card to tohome's office see more details here. In all cases, fixing timeframe will rely on the manufacture's service center. However, it would take longer fixing period when you have tohome.com handle on your behalf, as we have to re-forward your product to the manufacturer's service center. Any fixing cost will be paid by customer but prior consent will be asked before proceeding.

 

       Please note that tohome.com do not have any policy for exchanging or returning the non-defected product, not caused by the manufacturing process. Any argument on the claiming, tohome.com will treat that the manufacturer service center's judgment is final. Where manufacturer confirm that claimed product is defect but the same product model is not available by dealer / manufacturer, customer may change to similar product with the same purchasing value.

 
3. Contacting tohome.com for replacement/fixing of defect products
 

       Customer can contact tohome.com regarding the issue of replacement/fixing products at services@tohome.com However, customer must bring the defect item with receipt and warranty card to tohome's office for fixing.

4. Exchange / Return Policy
 

       We don't have any policy for exchanging or returning the product unless the product has defect, caused by manufacturing process. It is customer's own decision to confirm products' selection; therefore, we do not accept exchanges.

 
5. Conditions and securities regarding online credit card payment
 

       Information given during the ordering process at www.tohome.com will be encrypted with SSL (Security Socket Layer) while transmitting to the server. SSL is the international standard and widely used for security purpose.

 

       When you use online credit card payment, it will switch to the website of VISA & MasterCard representative bank, where your secured credit card information will be verified. None of this information will be kept on our server. However, please note that we may request for additional information regarding your credit card for further verification. In addition, we may cancel your order without providing the reason for such cancellation. In such circumstance, your card will not be credited.

 

       In order to prevent any possible fraud, we may limit delivery methods available for credit card payment and/or may require you to be the receiver of your order. Hence, prior delivery appointment will be made by our officer.

 
6. Confidentiality of tohome.com's member information
 

       Accessing to members' profile is limited to specific group of tohome.com's staff. This information will be kept confidential and will not be revealed without the consent of members of tohome.com.
