Order Process

1. Choose the product you want and add to the cart : Press the "Add to cart" button on the product you want

2. Check the cart : Press the “Check out” button to go to the next page.

3. Checkout page : It will show shipping address, tax address, discount code, shipping method, payment method, and product list

3.1 Shipping address The shipping address will be the information you have saved in the system and it will be taken as the primary delivery address. If you want to edit, you will need to press the “Edit” or “Add New Address” buttons. The shipping address information will consist of name and surname, shipping address, and contact number, then press the “Save” button to continue.

3.2 Tax invoice : If you need a tax invoice, press the check mark, and enter information including tax invoice address type, tax identification number, account name or company name and address. After finishing, press the “Save” button.

3.3 Discount code : You will need to enter a discount code and press the “Apply” button. The discount will be calculated from the order.

3.4 Shipping method : You can choose the shipping method according to your preferences, for example, pick up the product at the tohome.com pickup point but this option must be contacted by Customer Service first. Express messenger, the service will be provided only in Bangkok area and delivered by messenger.

3.5 Payment Method You can choose your preferred payment method, for example, pay via QR-Code or via credit/debit card. When you complete filling out the information, press the “Confirm Order” button. The system will direct you to the payment method you have chosen.

4. Payment

4.1 In case of choosing payment method as QR-Code, you can press the "Pay now" button for the system to display the QR-Code. After that, you can scan the QR-Code to pay.

4.2 In the case of choosing payment method as credit/debit card, you can press the "Pay now" button for the system to display a form to enter the cardholder's name, card number, expiry date and security code. If you want the system to remember this card, press the “Remember card” button and then press “Pay”.

5. Order Summary

After the payment is finished, the system will notify you that “We have already received your payment. Your order is being processed” If you have reached this step, this means that you have completed your purchase annd there will be an e-mail sent to your inbox. If you cannot found the mail, please check Junk Mail.
