Submitting Payment Proof

For faster verification of your payment, after you have completed the bank transfer, please send proof of payment such as a Pay-in slip or ATM slip, specifying your name, order number, and telephone number, to Email: services@tohome.com or "Finance Department" Fax number: 0-2391-5445.

Note :

Please make payment within 3 days (counting from the order date).
If payment is not received within the specified period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
The company will ship the products only after verifying the funds in our account.
Each bank processes transactions differently; some banks may credit the funds to our account on the next business day.

2. Online Credit Card & Debit Card

Credit Card

You can pay via online credit cards with VISA and MasterCard. Once approved, the transaction amount will be reserved on your credit card. However, this amount will not be charged until we ship the products to you. (In case you pay by credit card online, your credit limit will be reserved for at least 7 days, even if you cancel the order).

To prevent unauthorized card usage, the Company reserves the right to check additional card information or reject orders without having to provide any reasons. In some cases, the Company will limit shipping options and require you to be the only person authorized to receive the product.

Note : For payments to tohome.com, your billing statement will display the merchant name as "Asian Star Trading Co., Ltd.".

Debit Card

You can pay via online debit cards with VISA and MasterCard. Once approved, the debit card will immediately deduct the funds from your bank account. You must have cash in the account greater than or equal to the amount to be paid.

Paying with VISA and MasterCard Online

For maximum security of your credit card information, tohome.com cooperates with Kasikornbank to provide internet payment services for VISA and MasterCard holders of all banks. After you confirm your order, the system will display the bank's credit/debit card payment window. You will need to fill in additional details about your credit or debit card on this page. Once the details are filled and approved by the bank, the system will redirect you back to the final order page at tohome.com, where you will receive your "Order Number". If you cannot return to that page, it might be due to a technical error in the bank's system. Please contact "Customer Relations: 02-3824000".

*Data transmission for online credit card and debit card payments on tohome.com connects to the bank through a highly secure system in accordance with international standards, ensuring that your card information will be stored only at the bank and never stored in the tohome.com database.

Note: For international orders and/or payments with foreign credit cards, the Company reserves the right to accept only orders processed through Verified by Visa (VBV) and MasterCard SecureCode (MCSC) authentication systems to enhance online transaction security. Orders not processed through VBV or MCSC will be automatically cancelled.
